That lousy and clumsy headless gorilla should be sold or given free. Very useless to have him in the squad.
Scoring those back-to-back goals were nothing to shout about, he should be consistently scoring and scoring a lot too.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Well done West Ham. They played well and deserved to win. Manuel Lanzini looks to have a bright future in the EPL!
We had 23 shots but only 2 on target. It tells you all about the problems. It's a lack of quality! Total lack of fight and lack of bite from Liverpool last night. We were completely outplayed in almost every department. Second to everything at the back, we had little if any sense of cutting edge going forward and the less said about Benteke, the better but I have to repeat this -Benteke lacks awareness, movement and more! What a depressing start to 2016 but I guess that is the grim reality facing Klopp and the Reds fans this season!! |

seems like simon mignolet do not know how to defend against high crosses swing into the penalty area.
both goals of almost similar fashion. |

Quote:
BR was buying for the sake of buying. Klopp prefers Origi or DS but unfortunately they are "soft leg" easily injured. The whole Liverpool team now depends solely on our No. 10 man to do wonders, opponent just have to stop him and Liverpool will be quiet. Klopp quality, he should know what is not right in the current team. Hopefully he has the resource to do it right.

Diego Lopez is on the radar too. Read that his agent flew to England and had lunch with Fellows & Ayre.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
By now Klopp must realise that Liverpool can't afford to be playing with 1 striker upfront. Especially if the striker is not always mobile. He is easily a marked man .The other Liverpool players need to start to score more goals. What Klopp must do is to train Liverpool players to practise target shooting at goal from all different situations . SM should be allowed to be a striker than at least he will know how difficult it is to score a goal. CB should be a goalkeeper since he can't even score an open goal. His shots were always off target. Liverpool can't rely on DS as he is always on MC . Hence Liverpool REALLY needs to get another striker in this transfer window as his top priority . All other departments needed reinforcement as well. If Liverpool can give BR 3 yrs lets also give Klopp the time to stamp his mark . Don't forget he inherit a team from BR . Based on recent performance the current batch of players are simply not good enough . Weaker teams will now forward to bully Liverpool players off the ball . As fans we need to be patient with Klopp. As Klopp had already mentioned he said that he is just a NormalOne .
The next few matches will be tough for Liverpool : 6 Jan - Football League Cup Semi-final, Game 1 Stoke City vs Liverpool 9 Jan - FA Cup Third round Exeter City vs Liverpool 14 Jan - Premier League Liverpool vs Arsenal 17 Jan - Premier League Liverpool vs Man United 23 Jan - Premier League Norwich City vs Liverpool 27 Jan - Football League Cup Semi-final, Game 2 Liverpool vs Stoke City

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Two things sadly came to mind when I looked at the latest EPL results and table this morning.
1. If Liverpool still had Suarez, Sterling and a fit Sturridge, we probably would win the EPL this season with Brendan still in place being hailed as a great young manager!! 2. The £200m plus that Liverpool had spent on players over the last two seasons has been an absolute shocking waste of money!! All those still at Liverpool who are responsible for this terrible mess should be given the sack. Back to this season. Let's just accept the hard painful reality that its going to be another transition one. If we get a top 4 finish well and good but let's not get our expectations up too much anymore as it looks more and more like a very long shot now. And if we can't get a top 4 finish I rather we end mid table, let Klopp fully concentrate on the EPL next season and not get distracted by useless Thursday night European football. That is why I ain't too bothered about League and FA Cups. Although its always nice to win a cup but want to win a cup then let's try our very best to win the Europa League instead for obvious reasons. Oh yes, I don't think the club is going to spend much during this winter transfer window because the best players are probably not available. So no point getting our expectations up on this front either. The clear out and hopefully wise astute purchases shall probably take place over the summer, with Klopp finally getting to stamp his own mark on a Liverpool team. |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
What is the point of having a World-Class manager when the players are disappointing.
Liverpool needs a major clear out. The club has too many numbers 10s, no solid holding midfielder nor a defense team, and forwards who are inconsistent and non-reliable. |
