Bro, my suggestion is not to change so much at one go......especially in Malate/Mabini area late at night.....even some money changers there do not carry so much at those hours.....
Agreed, I change at Sanrys too (the one at Park Square).....it may not have the best rates (but is ok)....but it is safe....

For sure Sanrys has better rates that Lucky Plaza.....they are local, have multiple outlets and therefore deal with exchange in HUGE sum, they get better wholesale rates.....
I honestly do not really bother that much....I mean how much are we changing to really make a big difference ? For me, safety is more important....
Sanry has security guards at the shop to protect......I have also seen rich locals there changing loads of USD or Pesos.....so no problem !
