"Since this would me my very first visit I had been doing research on how to travel around the city that include taking songthaews, tuk tuk and taxi, hiring motorbike and bicycle.

If given by choice I would rather walk around the city if I can but on my arrival date I had plan to visit Sayuri MP and Central Festival Mall which would be too far for me since I will be staying at Prestige Chiang Mai (nearby Maya Shopping Mall).

An easy solution is to find a taxi driver and ask him to bring me there to Sayuri and got charged 500 baht extra for his commission. Personally I am not prepared and experienced enough to hail a tuk tuk, taxi or songthaew and get ripped off in the end.

Wanted to ride a bicycle but unfortunately my hotel does not have this service. I am also not prepared to rent motorbike or car as I am not familiar with the city and don't like the hassle of knocking someone down get myself into trouble in a foreign country.

Then I thought why not try to hook up with SBF bro instead? It will be more fun since we share similar hobbies that are cheonging. What I propose is if you are free on that date maybe you can pick me up from hotel or airport and can bring me go to Sayuri and Central Festival on my arrival date. At night we can go clubbing. Instead of the taxi driver I am happy to pay you 500 baht and buy you drink while clubbing. "

To take this job, you need to have a car to pick him from his hotel or airport, bring him to Sayuri waiting for him to fuck maybe 1 hour +/- and bring him to Central Festival to shopping maybe 1-2 hours........and you'll get paid 500 baht plus also at night bring him go drink and you'll get a free drink....most likely beer (80-100 baht in CM) I guess.

BTW my hold hand service is USD 5000 per day, and if anyone jio me to drink please note I only take Blue Label or above......if only drink beer is ok, i can bring my own Blue label but my sitting fee per hour is USD 1000 after 8pm.

Anyone willing to pay me this price please PM me your flight detail or hotel, so I can pick you up with my Mercedes and also I will pay my advertisement fee if I get any business here.

Nolah dun blame him cos I never post my fee and people dun know mah. Is ok I update my CM hold hand fee lew, hope can get some business from this forum and contribute to some advertisement revenue.

pai seh pai seh, here in CM not as many customer like you have in BKK mah, i bo bian have to charge higher to cover overhead leh.

All 4 units already renting out in Airbnb and full till end July, after that want to change to yearly rent......getting lazy to do Airbnb. If you come after end July room will be available to use until i get the yearly tenant.
