yesterday at Arcade 2nd level, best rate is 246.5.
very long queue, all change ringgit i guess.
notice once MAS announce to appreciate S$ Friday morning, the internet rate shoot up high in the morning till noon, i thought may take a few days to get that rate but surprise, money changers change their rate pretty fast.
some time just dunno how this currency business work...

bro, can we know the name of the money changer? Raffles MRT Arcade? so far the rate is the top? Mosturfa also not that high?

can't recall the name but is directly opposite the now defunct POSB(shifted). pink color signboard beside a shop selling ladies fashion.
many ppl put off bcos always long queue.
those who wish to change alot or do TT can go there, also those who work around CBD, within walking distance, will go there
but if change little bit n somemore take transport to go there, not much savings.
i worked around that area, hence is naturally a good choice.
