Bro it depends. Sometimes Golden Mile offers better rate. Sometimes BKK offers better rate. But I find Hatyai has the best rates!

I suggest you change some SGD to THB in Singapore first to use for the first 1 or 2 days in BKK. Bring SGD to change to THB in BKK. Don't change in Suvarnabhumi Airport as the rates suck.
