I was there last Thursday around 4.00pm. As what bros handsome18 said, the shutters were down n no sign of activites......

Is it becos of the Ghost festival? Can bros from JB side pls verify.

Went to Ocean today, around 12pm. The shutters leading to the stairs/lift was locked down.

Very dissapointed.

Maybe due to seven month ghost festival???
