Bro, since when does break-ups depend on whether the other party agrees? And since when will a break-up depends on the other party's colleagues??? At the end of the day, if you know you are so easily influenced by her, dun even say break up. When you are sick of the free bonks, which I think is one of the major reason why you cannot let go, just disappear.

Bro you cannot go slow. You see the problem when you try to break up now, if you go slow, 2 things will happen. First, she can easily corner you again and make you reverse your 'decision' by being very well prepared. Second, she will stop defending (as in passively waiting for you to break up with her) and will start attacking (MF you and possibly touch your family). She got nothing to lose, and friend she knows you have more to lose than her.
