Bro, if you can read traditional chinese, you can try searching this taiwan forum call qk999论坛, the okt can supply their FLs to anywhere in taiwan. Anyway Hshinchu is not too far from Taipei also.

Also heard Hshinchu TechPark got many mei mei there, maybe can try hooking one or two as fb?
