SZ is good for transiting to other places if you land in Hong Kong. If my work finishes late in HK (after 9pm). My SOP is to go into SZ and spend a night there first. The next day 7 early 8 early I'll proceed to my desired city/town. When I reach my destination around 12pm I can get a good head start by taking things easy.
