I don't think these kind of prices and short change services will go away anytime soon, cause now they have a monopoly, they know confirm people will go there to find them cause no geylang and other options also limited and vanishing.

Confirm will have rich people/ foreigner/ old uncles go there and just drop lot of money cause no geylang or they don't care about pricing. That's why now ML can scold customers, say you cheapo don't come, just do shitty service and get away with it. They will always have these people going back to them and paying sky high prices for just a hj and shitty massage.

We cannot control these people and I have experienced it first hand happening.(I was shocked at the amount the guy willing to pay) After that stop going already cause service more important to me. Rather save money and eat good food then get this kind of shit service and feel like shit.

Avoid Kovan Blk 201 Healthy Spa at all costs. They are a con shop. You will end up paying $100 for a normal massage which should only cost you $50 elsewhere.

Actually I'm looking for info along the punggol nasi lemak side.

This morning, was chatting with a MILF ML who works at a shop in Kovan area. She also complained business is poor.
Looks like SG economy is deteriorating rapidly.

This is not a Spa with rooms. Beds are separated by curtains.
Shop is not big.
The shop has 4 MLs (all MILF) and offer good oil massage.
Normal oil : $50/hr
Special oil （精油）: $58/hr

There is a shower cubicle at the end of the shop, that is not visible to passer-bys.
The shop also gives foot massage.

When I visited a few weeks ago, the ML who served me was Mary, and I opted for 50/hr session. Had quick shower before starting the massage. Got privacy and people outside the shop will not see customers wrapped in bath towel after shower.

As this is a clean joint, I believe many brothers would already know.

Along petrol station or punggol nasi lemak, near pub got O* spa, another $88 gimmick. No more pink signboard but got green signboard. Don't know whether still active, it's Viet I think but service like shit.

Nearer to punggol nasi lemak is St*** massage, it's clean but may have some teasing. $50 an hr I think.

Go backwards around corner up the slope is P*** B**** spa. Not tried this, should be clean place but higher price for massage.

Thanks bro for summarising. Personally went to E xxy before and has good memory there. Yes, garxxxn is same boss. WL told me. Opposite spa looks too enclosed so won't venture. I started P B long ago and place is quiet and clean.
