seek: out enemy installation
destroy: destroy targets
retreat: secretly to your family...

this type of skills takes years of practise, such as how to handle a 34C breast bomb, how to use it and dismantle it .....Pistol skill - 1 shot 1 kill and must be bulls eye .... the elite such as SOF dun even use condom......

Think must give them a minimum quota to fulfill then they will really go all out to use their brains!

That is when eventually they are appraised on numbers then they'll really think!

Most probably now their supervisors' hands are greased therefore dun push them. They also having easy life now 'chiak leow bee' that's why the whole island is infested with these PRC MMs @ whichever KTV u can find especially those that i have mentioned!
