Unless I'm setting up a family in Thailand like you then I'll buy Thai real estate if not I'll just rent for retirement stay.

THB is only good for spending and not easy to earn.

Side track - are there good dental clinics to recommend in ChiangMai? How are the standards and rates compare to Singapore for scaling; filling; polishing etc? Thanks

It's the same, any part of the world, there's pretty girls and there's normal looking girls.

Don't listen to the old tales that chiang mai has pretty girls compare to other 77 provinces.

Go to niman soi 17 there's two dentist which I know for such service you required.
