Amazing. Keep asking for money. I am quite surprised that you continued to send her to the airport after the first incident. And the fact that she continue to hound over the money even after u said no the first time.

To be frank, sometimes its not that we don't treat them with respect. But do they treat us with respect?

I was amazed at her repeated actions in getting money from me. I was even more amazed at her reaction and actions when I refused to give her. Seriously I had just changed 22K Thb then, but it was not for her. It was for my latest trip to BKK.

22K thb if give her will be flown away.
Considering I one night in Carribean spend 6000baht, I can spend 3 nights there.
Considering I go Massage Parlour call 1 sideline 3000baht plus give out tips total 4500baht, I can go 4 times at least
When I was in BKK last week for 4 nights, every night got girl sleep over also never hit 22K baht. Somemore is unlimited shots. More swee than the singer.

So moral behind the story, call WL and sleep still better investment.

High Moral??? No lah. I believe this kind of thing,somehow or another will get back to them. In other forms. I do not need to 'dirty' my hands, spend money, or waste time on this kind of people. I rather spend my time, money sian other girls to bed. My recent trip to BKK last week was heavenly. Offset the bad experience encountered.

After a long analysis with my friend, we came to a conclusion as to why they treat us like this. Reason is we meet them in the pub. The pub is the place where they see us go there spend money. So they know that our standard of living is higher than them. Most at least 95% singers comes from provinces. The BKK ones are better in standard, performances and also stage presence. And if you ask these singers whether they do go BKK, surprisingly is that they seldom go BKK not to mention go to pubs in BKK. So to them coming to Singapore is an eye-opener. Working here 1 month is equivalent to working 4 months.

And when money comes into the equation, people will change with time. So if they work 6 months in Singapore, they will get the same amount in Thailand by working 24 months.

Next episode will be the part where I relate the whole incident of how 'B' ask money from me, to the whole of the band. Their expressions is a priceless lesson.

Brother SC......this line strike a cord with me.....I ever had a singer gf but all the while she not only double time me with other customers but her husband is in fact one of the band members!!! If u got any stories & experiences can share here....Thai women are good actresses but the Thai men behind them are even better......

All driven by economics, disparity of income levels etc (as you put it, our higher standard of living) ...and human nature's failings. Pub witness or not, money's always IN the equation. Only extent is in question. Demographics maybe largely skewed from provinces, but bkk populace canot truly claim being born/bred in krung thep either. Migrant draw due to harsh realities of employment etc.

Doesn't take too much (or too long) to be savvy, as with any bangkokian.

Why, expressionless? Was wondering earlier why B asked you for the money in 1st place. Was there any cause for her to be so presumptious, or just taking advantage of your friendship? Even borrowing is a good chance of write off, many thais don't think of paying back.

Last year, there was this person in Thailand Disco that bought 4 expensive laptops for 4 singers.

Even during the previous intention band, they was a customer who never failed to hang a few thousand dollars (not baht

) of flowers whenever he was there.
