rates are different in city area, geylang and others
if you think they cheat you, ask for receipts which they normally also wont give

my lst time to hotel81, the staff ask for extra $10 membership, i ask for receipt he dont give, i pay for it and then report to management his name.
The management call me the next day to apologise and give me free 1 night

be smart dont argue go along with their rules
but up till now $10 membership collectable? i dun know
