If you go by your own, ask the driver to alight you at windsor foodcourt. Its nearby for bougeivilla and permata. The real address for bougeivilla -Komp windsor centre block E , No 5 & 6 . Tel 0778424378. If you wanna go sedona, ask them to alight at lai lai hotel. There are 2 joint nearby , sedona and jungle minda. The address for sedona- Komp Jpk block B no 26-27 , Nagoya Square Batam -- Tel 0778428022.

Just went to Batam over the weekend. Stayed at Goodway Hotel near Nagoya Hills. Booked thru agent cost me about $105 plus hotel, ferry, transfer 2 ways and breakfast base on single sharing. The price of $105 exlude the tax of $21 which you need to pay at harbourfront and $7 which you need to pay at Batam.
Went to Titanic KTV located at Sydney Hotel. Was offered 2 types of girls. Booking girls cost around 500,000 and will accompany you till the next morning. Public Relations (PR) girls cost 100,000 but will only accompany you till the end of the KTV sessions. If PR agree to accompany you till the next morning, the cost will be 1 million. Come to think of it, think bloddy expensive. When we reach there, all the booking girls are booked left only the PR girls. No choice but to take them. After the KTV, we said goodbye and paid about 1.8 million altogether inclusive the tips for the 2 PR girls.
Didn't ask the PR girls for overnight cos no chemistry.

Was supposed to be a bonking trip but ended up sleeping alone on the big king size bed with no bonking activities throughout the trip.

Anyway, the exchange rate in Singapore is $1 change 6681 rupiah.

U must be rich man son or rich man urself.
Sorry i cannot afford like u.

Just an advice if u interested to save money next time.
Goodway can be booked for about S$55-60 if u arrive in Batam.
I think walk in is about S$60+ lah.
Ferry 2 ways plus taxes is S$48 via HarbourBay which is only about 5mins to Goodway. 2 way taxi costs about S$11.
Total S$119 compared to S$133 that u paid.

Goodway area got about 3-4 joints starting from Rp250,000 onwards.
Maybe next time u read through more carefully before heading out.

U should have try other joint mah. I believe teres gils available elsewhere even though its on a weekend. Wasted ur trip, time and $$ staring the roof all alone in the room.

Hmm....ex rate...Rp seems to be quite strong.

hi bro chucq, why you need to pay tax of $21 dollars and harbourfront and $7 at batam?. That means you package expensive. The ferry from harbourfront cost $41 and return you pay $7 tax over there. The hotel can get cheaper rate through kaha travel agency just outside batam centre immigration there.

Almost all Batam package sold by travel agents in Singapore dun include taxes. Need to pay the taxes to collect boarding pass.
If not how the travel agents eat and pay rent in Sillypore ?

me newbie second trip to batam 25 - 27 july (novotel), experienced / newbies goin on the same days, pls pm me. need some guidance as 1st trip was wasted.

3 jugs on me on 1st nite to be shared with experienced n new alike.
