wow sibei pro leh, think the rental can get around 2500-3500 depending on renovation and furnishing, for retirement home also depend if u willing to live with pretty syt student and ride motorsai in & out or not

Yes for Su Thep area THB2500-3500 rental rate is just about right with simple renovation and furnishing.

Who wil mind CMU SYTs dominating around one's neighbourhood?
Everyday after wake up, sit by balcony and do some bird watching while lim kopi.
Like that then call retirement mah.

You should renew your passport via ICA online then go back to Singapore and collect when ready.

Yo. Tapae is old city, population density factor. Niman is as you say, hip location. Basic studio near Niman Mai hotel, Infinity area costs 6k monthly. Just a room with ensuite loo (hike up 5 flrs, no lift kns)

Why did ah thiong bring so much money in cash? That amount can last 6 months or more with everyday party, hotel, drinks and girls included.
