Tat is becos budget air travel has made it much cheaper for SGP & Msia brudders to come BKK, compared 2 other AsiaPac countries of similar living standards, budget air travel hasnt really reached them so conveniently yet. Think city centre of Shanghai and outskirst as you mentioned, the vfm is different?
