Sis Irene, let the matter rest, you just need to be more careful next time. You can't avoid such incident if you are in FL line, just walk/ran away ASAP when the customer gets rough, forget about the money, seek help from Hotel Staff if necessary.

People should not take law into their own hands, if not, you may end up worst then that Hamster. SGP law do not permits 'self revenge via rough handling', but of course self-defence at that time is acceptional. So my most sincere advice is, let it rest, let go the anger, and walk away now. Or you may wished to file a police report, then let the authorities deal with him, I guess by then he may pee through his pants when he is charged with attempted rape and causing hurt and forceful restraining of a person under the Penal Code. The information you have is very sufficient for the Police to locate and nail him.
