adopt an open mind set .. have patience ... lots of patience ....
and most important ... prepare to spend money that do not know where or who it goes to ...

Look like you are now the grandmaster of PRC. My friend in PRC always said, In PRC, there is one simple term, TIC, This Is China.. Some rules are just plan crazy.. but they are still rules just that not written type..

I've already stockpiled S$X0,000 worth for the above currencies because SGD will drop like shit. Should last me for a month.
