Bro Rokket is right, you can sparsely find WL able to speak english but you can able to tell from their accent. I try one of the local girl and she can speak simple english.

Wow..bro Noobie, you started your interest in HK market. Very much a lively place and in close vicinity to Macau, ZhuHai, and Chang Ping, which are sex heaven areas.

Hotel reservation means you call and arrange a time with the OKT who manage the girl, and they direct you to the hotel where the girl are staying. There are some "by appointment" girls who will go to your hotel but then there are very few of them.
