Scare tactics as usual.

Some of the older batches do request for CBJ few days before their monthly inspection. Other house like WH04 and 1608 WL I have countered also have similar “best” practices.

I guess the only PRC house with CBJ is 1820, WH15 and 1610 with plastic wrap

bro SadLoser you are correct. But what to do GL activity is grey area. Not black, not white. OKT has no legal recourse to anything that AV do so no choice but to now tow.

Full disclosure - I actually like this house as I've had numerous great bonks here this from last year to this year before August. After August its a different story.
