肾虚的情况,一般有两种情况,一是肾阳虚;二是肾阴虚
1、肾阴虚
  肾阴虚的出现,在中医当中解释为身体当中所消耗的物质过多,例如肾精消耗过多,或性生活过于频繁。一些 患者过度操劳,长时间从事脑力或者是体力活动,也会导致肾阴虚的情况出现。肾阴不足同时伴有阴虚火旺的表现 ,具体到患者的特点就是怕热,

✅症状:腰酸、燥热、盗汗、虚汗、头晕、耳鸣等,部分患者会有脱发、牙齿松动的情况出现。此外,虽然患者是 肾阴虚,但是容易出现性欲亢奋、遗精早射的情况。而在女性当中,则表现为月经量少、闭经以及尿 短赤黄。

2、肾阳虚
  肾阳虚就是身体出现虚热,肾阳不足,身体阳气不足,不能够温煦全身,因此肾阳虚的人的特点是怕冷;特别 是下半肢,畏寒更严重

✅症状:腰酸、四肢发冷、畏寒、水肿
