Breast Augmentation

I'm thinking of gifting my wife a liposuction and breast augmentation using the excess fats. Anyone with advices? Can be from sis, or bros that have gf/wife done it before. Read up abit on it, probably will cost ~$30k. Worth it?

i also read about prp being an alternative and it seems to be the easiest and least invasive + cost effective but doesnt seem to be avail in SG. is it logical to go overseas just to do prp shots for breast?

My wife had hers done in Bangkok for about 70k baht - much cheaper than if she were to get it done in Singapore. I believe she got 450cc implants and is now wearing a D cup. I'd say it's well worth it - I get big funbags to play with and if I don't forcefully try to squish it, it feels almost real.

Not keen in implants though. Just thought with lipo, might as well use the excess fats for boobs
