My friend sign a contract to beat a prostitute. Is it legal binding?

he always have this fantasy that he wants to tie a girl up for 3 days.

During this 3 days, he want to slap her, kick and punch her, taje a horse whip to whip her. He also wants to urine on her and use his underwear to wipe her face.

He signed a contract with a prostitute to do all these. He will be paying her 10k.

Is this contract legal binding?

Can she take the money and than go back on her words and report him to police?

..u cannot simply offer something against the law even someone accepted.
Contract is about offer and acceptance.....shall be void if found violations against the law.

She prob go to the clinic after that get a receipt, fill up the amount herself ( maybe up to a few thousand for injuries and meds ) then ask for additional payout. Report to spf not likely unless he dun pay after the 3 day torture. If he pay in full upfront then its more likely she try to get additional medical "payout". If he pays her a portion at the beginning then the whole game can get tricky .... IMHO

Too many variables:

- TS can be sabotaged by the sex worker, when sex worker turn her back on TS (reporting TS to mata)
- Sex worker have risks of sustaining life-threatening injuries, TS will be in deep shit

When above happens, the written contract will be of no use at all.
