I am referring to the inner foreskin contacting the mushroom head. Hi, jus sharing per exp, k? May nt necessary be yr case.

I suspect its ma be due 2 skin problems,
i) abrasion of foreskin due 2 all the rough "rub-rub friction"
ii) sensitivity skin may hav develop problems due 2 frequent washing w/ strong soap each time after sex or masturbation (which occurs few times per day)

I tk U shld,
Stage 1
i) stop all forms of sex & masturbation for the nex 1~2 wk
ii) wash yr dick & the inner foreskin (pulling bk yr foreskin) w/ plain water ONLY!

Stage 2
i) Chk if the problem still continues after >2 wk, if nt, pls visit DSC, else
ii) U may use very weak soap lik Johnson & Johnson or ask pharmacist 2 recommend other brands (jus tell them U hav general skin problems lah). Rem. nt 2 wash daily, say once a week or only after sex w/ WL, otherwise, use plain water ONLY.
iii) masturbate very infrequently & rem. 2 wash w/ plain water ONLY

Stage 3
i) After >3 mths, go 2 DSC 4 a complete chk-up (STD(s) & HIV) 4 a complete ease of yr mind. Afterall, most of us R nt trained & even a real doctor needs 2 c yr cock & do blood test 2 knw if U R safe.

I wld suspect its a skin problem as more ppl R having sensitive skin problem(s), maybe due 2 increase pollution & our changes in lifestyle. Anyway, early detection is the best prevention as most SID k be treated if detect early.

i oso gt similar exp. & the problem k persist 4 a very lng time (4 my cse, 1yr++ & problem will re-appear when I'm "active" after a "short holiday")

Rem. 2 wash yr dick & the inner folding once a day VERY gently w/ tap water ONLY once a day. Gently wipe the yr dick & the inner folding w/ clean towel after finish. Continue tis as lng as neccessary b4 condition improves.

When condition improves, then U buy use mild soap, lik J&J 2 wash very infrequently (once a wk or few days) or after sex w/ WL. Otherwise, its plain water once a day or after masturbation(s).

If persist after a mth, do visit the DSC these few days & let the determalogist lk & recommend U the moisturer & steroid (if necc, otherwise shld be avoided) cream.

If problem continues after more than 6 mths, U may wan 2 consider going 4 circumcision. Most ppl who had similar problems heal after tat but a small % still persists which is why i chose nt 2 go under the knife. Personal choice. Hope everything wk out 4 U.
