[Singapore] - Macdonald's "Less Sugar" Coke may be more harmful than "Original" Coke
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Having less sugar isn't a bad thing. Having less sugar by adding artificial sweeteners (many of which are actually more harmful than sugar, eg. ironically increasing the risk of diabetes) is a bad thing. Macdonald's (Singapore) does not specify if artificial sweeteners are used in their "Less Sugar" Coke, and that lack of transparency is a bad thing...
