Advice needed - Low Testosterone level
Hi guys

Anyone of you face the same issue of low T? I’m in my mid 40s and can feel that libido drop , lack energy as compared during my 20-30s. I tried testosterone booster supplements but no effect.

Testosterone replacement treatment in hospital is what I will try next. Anyone with advice ?

long term wise - healthy lifestyle(regular aerobic exercise) + supplements(protein powder, zinc)
