詐騙集團「大姊頭」許曉匠等人，懷疑林姓車手「暗槓」贓款，凌虐被害人吃糞便阻塞呼吸道致死， 林父提告求償 。台中高分院查出死者是林的獨子，林妻已死亡，獨子死後無人照料陪伴，勢必孤寂一生，加上白髮 人送黑髮人莫 大的精神痛苦，內心傷痛至深且鉅，判決許曉匠等四人連帶賠償三百一十五萬餘元。

被害人的父親以兒子遭凌虐致死，向法院提起民事損害賠償之訴。

判決指出，去年元月十一曰，廖姓被害人與林姓車手提領贓款五十五萬後逃逸無蹤。

許曉匠等人於元月十八曰凌晨，挾持林姓車手，三天後又挾持廖姓少年至許的住處拘禁。每天在客廳 內凌虐兩人。

元月廿七曰中午，許姓姊弟等人，分持鋁棒、ＢＢ槍毆擊林姓車手的臀部、大腿至其脫糞，同夥盧政 霖還強迫林姓 車手吃下糞便，並叫廖姓少年以衛生紙撿拾被害人的糞便，供被害人吞嚥，致被害人呼吸道、小支氣 管異物阻塞而 死亡。

刑事部分，一審台中地院依傷害致死罪判許曉匠、許明旺及同夥林志鴻、盧政霖等四人有期徒刑十九 年六月至二十 年不等。
