KOTA SAMARAHAN, Malaysia - A farmer and his three sons were jailed a total of 105 years after they pleaded guilty to 13 counts of committing incest on two sisters, who are the daughters of one of the sons.

The 57-year-old farmer, who is the girls' grandfather, was charged with six counts of incest and jailed for 25 years.

Two of his sons, aged 42 and 26, who were charged with two counts and one count respectively, were each jailed for 25 years. (The 42-year-old son is the girls' father).

His other son, aged 28, who was charged with four counts of incest, was given the maximum jail term of 30 years.

All of them were charged under Section 376B of the Penal Code.

They pleaded guilty to the charges before Sessions judge Marutin Pagan on Friday who ordered the sentences on the accused to run concurrently.

The judge also ordered each of the four accused to be whipped the maximum 24 strokes of the cane.

The accused were arrested at their house at Kampung Daha Seroban, Serian, at 3.30pm on Aug 11 following a police report that they had allegedly raped the victims for six years.

The case came to light after the older sibling was recently found to be 25 weeks pregnant after a medical checkup at Serian Hospital at 2.30pm the same day.

The victim is said to have revealed that she had been raped by the four suspects at their house during the said period. She also revealed that her sister had been sexually assaulted since the age of nine.
