  1949年时,英国皇家海军的将军们曾叫喊要封死中国沿海,原因只是英国军舰在其认为的国 际水域:中国 长江--被中国炮击,最终以英国军舰永久性退出中国为结果。
  为庆祝下水,英国人没少费心



  也许没有人想过,如今英国造船厂要为本国建造“伊丽莎白二世女王”级航空母舰时,却要购买 中国的造船设 备。原来英国造船工业早已失去辉煌,处于“缺这少那”的状态,发现美国为建造福特级向中国订购了1200吨级的龙门吊,英国也从中国订购了一台高70米,横跨1 20米,最大 起重1000吨龙门吊,以保证工程的进度。

  仅从这一点说,英国已大不如昔日了,正应了中国那句广泛流传的谚语:“三十年河东,三十年 河西”,用来 形容世事盛衰兴替,感叹世事变化无常。英国为建造2艘航母已耗迟其国力,原订2艘的总费用为2 9亿英镑,实 际1艘的造价就是31亿英镑,为了筹款,一再裁军,几年前就将现役航母全部退役,最终被土耳其 拆船厂拆成废 钢铁,连陆军的坦克都快裁没了,仅有一艘两栖攻击舰也准备退役。

  如今总算到坚持到最后了,首舰“伊丽莎白二世女王”马上要交付了,次舰“威尔士亲王”号也 已完工,预计 2018年服役。

  新型航母尽显昔日海上强国的风彩,其满载排水量65,000公吨,全长280米,宽39米 ,注意为水线 宽度,采用整合式电力推进系统,总输出功率在约145000马力以上,最高28节的航速,以及 16节可以连 续航行1万海里。



  采用世界首创的双舰岛设计,全部位于右舷,分成航海和航空两个部分。应用直通式甲板,以及 滑跃式飞行甲 板;至于为何没有采用斜角甲板与射弹器技术,也许只有英国能理解吧,其飞行甲板总面积约130 00平方米, 舰首设有一个仰角13度的滑跃甲板,起飞跑道动线长160米,整个飞行甲板规划有六个直升机起 降点。机库长 163米、宽26米、高7.1~9米,可以搭载最多40架F35B战机,实际却被减半,目前仅计划搭 载9至 12架F-35战机、4架MASC预警机与6-8架直升机,这显然有点浪费6万5千吨的舰体。

  这也是没办法的办法,与航母一样超支,F-35B也是涨价不少,如今英国仅计划购买40架,更重要的是问题是,缺人了!

 

  每艘航母约需要1600名舰员,数量不少,要求也不低,几乎个人都属于专业技术人员,尤其 是飞行员,如 今的英国皇家海军已大不如前,如此拼揍出如此多的人员,远比造舰更麻烦。实际上,为了避免浪费 ,也为加强英 美合作关系,英方已提出:要借美军舰载机进驻,让美军把自已的舰载机连同人员一起进驻英国航母 。

  这真让人们体会到,现代航母来之不易。没有一流的技术,没法把航母设计出来,没有发达的工 业,无法建造 ,没有雄厚财力无法承担成本,如果再没有足够的各方面人员,那么又无法支持其运作!(作者署名 :麦田军事观 察)
