Few years back while I am still an undergraduate at one of the public universities here, I had stayed in a certain dormitory that was named after a prince. I've had heard stories about people stealing panties, bra, etc.. as there were many PRCs staying there but I did not really care as I don't have bra / panties for people to steal.

So one day, while I brought my laundry to wash at the laundry room, I saw this ah tiong student behaving sneakily at the laundry room. When he turn around and saw me, he look shocked and quickly dash off. I saw a pile of clothes in front of him and a pink lacey panties that definitely have some cum stains on it. That was when I realise there are many tiko students there who either study until crazy or something and do this kind of things...
