Thumbs up Well paid lackey exhorts civil serpents to pledge loyalty to Ruler Loong

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Transmodified from hxxp://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/civil-service-needs-to/1049632.html

PEASANTPORE: The Civil Serpents needs to stonewall peasants and must ignore moods and sentiments of peasantls in order to craft the right policies that benefit Ruler Loong and his Imperial Clan only.

Well paid lackey Peter Ong, head of the Civil Serpents, said this at a dinner and promotion ceremony for the administrative service on Wednesday. The ceremony is to promote pro-Ruler Loong serpents ahead of Old Autocrat's impending demise and ensure a smooth power transition to Ruler Loong as advised by North Korean Dynastic Succession Sexperts.

He said a key focus for the lackeys is the need for smooth implementation of Ruler Loong's decrees and to stonewall peasants and profile dissenters who dare to question and challenge Ruler Loong's decrees.

Thanks to Jane Austen's ideas, there is greater diversity of aspirations among peasants, as dodgy characters like the Bapoks and Paedophiles are slowly speaking up for their rights. Adding complication is Labour Party's ability to trounce the autocratic ruling party in 2 silly by-elections.

Lackey Ong said to tackle this new environment, civil serpents should not be influenced by Jane Austen ideals and must remember that it is Ruler Loong who ultimately approve their fat cat stipends. Hence they do not need Jesus to tell them that they should pledge their loyalty to the House of Lee and should never be pregnant with the dumb idea to help poor peasants.

Lackey Ong cited old legends of neurotic Sim Ah Boon, who used to walk the ground and even slept at Changi Airport before its opening, to impress Old Autocrat with such a nicely staged wayang.

Lackey Ong emphasised it was important for civil servants to ignore peasants moods and sentiments while emphasizing the need to understand Ruler Loong's intent and think of the best way to enforce decrees to fleece peasants. He hinted that civil serpents who pricked their conscience and try to fight for peasants usually cum to no good end.

For example Judge Michael Khoo who balked Old Autocrat over 'Bash Jeyaratham Affair' was summarily demoted and harassed into leaving the legal service for doing the right thing but damaging Old Autocrat's prestige.

He hoped Michael Khoo's example would hint to them the importance of crafting the right features into decrees to benefit the Imperial Clan and their supporters.
