PEASANTPORE: Phase 2C of the silly Primary 1 registration continued on Wednesday. This phase is for all peasant children who do not have $$, connections or boons accorded to their parents.

It is most strange because Ruler Loong bemoaned the country's low birth rate, yet his MoE lackeys are unable to resolve this age old problem plaguing peasant parents for many donkey full moons. This proved that Ruler Loong and his lackeys are merely paying lip service to peasants' plight caused by the silly P1 registration.

The exercise is marred by irregularities. For example, rich peasants and VIPs are able to use their dodgy links with primary schools aka Advisory Members to secure boons for their spawns. The actual numbers are never reported or revealed as many patrons will prefer low profile registration for their lucky children. Such rampant unfair practices often see wealthy merchants creating traffic jams in various schools while the neighborhood peasant children force the ballot.

Calls to reform the unfair tiered balloting has gone unheeded as many VIPs possessed sufficient political and financial influence to make life difficult for the Education Minion. Which education minion is so darn stupid to offend his chums and pals who rely on dodgy links with primary schools to secure school placements for their child?

So far, 81 out of the 190 peasant primary schools are oversubscribed -- with more applicants than vacancies available, yet Mouthpiece CNA refused to reveal the dismal figures despite record child birth rates since the 1990s.

At Henry Park Primary School, it is open secret that rich merchants often peddle their wealth as Advisory Members, have secured boons for their children. Other special entitlements resulted in the sad case of only 19 peasant children having been registered for nine vacancies as 'wayang' to mask special boons enjoyed by wealthy VIPS.

In fact, the most inept MOE who sting on school building budget to fund Ho Jinx's gambles created the present school shortage fiasco. Weird scenes of fierce competition in peasant neighbourhoods have surfaced while Ruler Loong and Labour party are indulging in mud slinging. Over at Primary Axis of Evil Estate, Hougang Primary, 111 peasant children have been registered for 70 vacancies.

MOE was recently lambasted when the age old practice of allowing PRs to join PEASANTS' queue for schools made it to the Internet. Thoroughly shamed, the evil ministry was forced to cancel the boons for foreigners and foreigners pretending to be citizens aka PRs this year. Yet the damage has been done and the neither the Ministry of Evil or former Education Minons have not apologized to peasant children who were squeezed out by PRs for many donkey moons.

Indeed sad fiasco proved that MoE is a sacred cow that can be counted upon to make life difficult for local peasants, enjoy the easy life as fat cat courtiers, create screw ups annually and yet enjoy political protections from peasants seeking reforms.

The registration exercise for Phase 2C ends on Thursday.
