If people want to complaints about us even we do have 150 years of experience there will still be complaints.

Our side of story,

The player deposited $1000 to our accounts and we had credited $2000 to his account.

He play Baccart. then after winning some money he decided to hit the turn over by buying BANKER $1,500 and PLAYER $1,500 till hit turn over figure.

When we Discovered we did suggest the player this is no right. Clear cut trying to squeeze something out of it.

The player says never mind he will play soccer, Buy team A markan ball and buy Team B eat ball. Like that will also hit turn over, we were speechless.

We could had forfeited the player winning base on the above situation
Neverthless we refunded him his deposit and give him back his winning and close his account.

As we find that it is not worth having such a player.

Others Agent in SBF please be careful there are alot of players out there trying to hit turn over using the above tatics.

As an Agent we are perfectly fine with players winning but not using the above tatics.

We will revised all our packages this coming MONDAY, be sure we will cancelled the deposit 50% and get 100% credit thing. To avoid such incident happening again.
