Brother such skills are partly innate but mostly acquired over time. Reading a book is not going to change one's ability over night. I think by university level if one is not skilled at meeting women then its more uphill. Of course money compensates for some deficiencies but it cannot make up for one's lack of "alpha" completely. I've watched so many brothers bumble their ability to pick up decent women. Picking up a KTV gal is a different story. That is entirely based on money. Brothers really shouldnt was their time confusing normal SG society with KTV society. Totally different worlds that only interesect when brothers go there looking for a GF rather than through conventional venues.
