that's because he has HIV/AIDs. it doesn't matter to him. Or he probably has some incurable disease like herpes or wat not. On some of his videos, his dick doesn't look very "healthy" or normal. It's red with patches on it and so on. I also saw some different colour spots on his dick through his videos.
