What is the longest time you spent in spa before?

For me,half day off:so went to the spa ate lunch,met the gal,went to use the facilities,then had a siesta then lazed around for quite a while watching TV,read papers,after that,went for dinner and left. From 1pm-6pm.

Sibei shiok.Damm relaxing...Looking forward to my next half day stay at spa.

Same... I had, foot refelxology, facial, massage (2 sessions) watch a bit of football (early match), read papers and then meet friends for late dinner..

Think if u try to go jb and use the hc there, u can break ur own record.

For JB HC, I usually stay from 11am-6pm before proceeding to LSB for happy hours.

YEah bolz! used to do that Hotspa but on weekend.
Went mid-noon had lunch, steam, sauna pool, gym, tv/movie, a nap and left for dirnks at the pubs near there

I envy your schedule!! I use to do that, but nowadays, need to report CO to perform duties. As such, I can only do strike mission. Looks like I need to arrange for some passes to catch up with some solid relaxation, like good old days!!!

I used to visit the JB HC with SPA before 1pm, go for lunch and make use of the facilities. At about 3pm I then go for my selection for massage. After that I took a rest a TV room, drink and perhaps a final round of food before return. The longest hours is from 1pm to 6pm. Normally I will left before 5pm to avoid the heavy traffic at the custom. That time perhaps too tired after full package, overslept at TV room till nearly 6pm - no one border to wake you up (next time better go with kaki).....just a sharing.......hehehe.

Went there at 11am.
Exercised for half hour at the gym.
Followed by a shower.
15 minutes soak in the hot pool.
3 minutes dip at the chilled pool.
10 minutes at the steam bath.
Followed by a shower.
One hour massage by Joan, cute young lady but with solid massage.
Lunch of course, two courses to choose.
Another 15 minutes soak in the hot pool.
3 minutes dip at the chilled pool.
10 minutes at the steam bath.
3 minutes dip at the chilled pool again.
10 minutes at the suana.
A shower.
Proceed to rest room for DVD movie and sleep.
Sleeping couch same, if not better than airline SIA 1st class sleeping counch.
zzzzzzz of course.
Rise and shine.
A warm water shower.
Time for dinner at the lounge.
Change up and sayonara.
A time shiok spent, clean and healthy at 8 hours and $72 plus.
