Super-duper sensitive head (龟头)

Dear bros and fellow old birds,

I think I have a super-duper sensitive head (龟头) which ended me with PE most of the time, which is quite frustrating.
I have not tried the kegel exercise yet, but I have tried the so-called happy spray. But it does not seem to work too.

Is there any other alternate cure/solution which does not harm one's health/body?

IMHO: Is it pyschological? I used to have PE during age 17-23. But after reading some online articles on some self-control and the kegel exercise, it seemed to improve bits over time.

Confidential Question: I believe you should be a healthy male, sexually active. May I ask if you have the urge to explode almost immediately after insertion? If so, then you should probably try to concentrate on other things during sexual intercourse

If still have urge during sexual intercourse, pull out or stop movements, await for the urge to subside (meanwhile do somemore foreplay) and resume. Other methods are prolonging foreplay, get your partner to BJ you (Try CIM, haha), HJ dry/oil/lotion you, have your head just rubbing her opening, role play as other alternative methods prelude to sexual intercourse so that you can get "used to it" -- so that you train you mind into accepting variable methods of foreplay and sexual intercourse, this way, you "get used to it", I find this methods effective and gives me options - haha!

Other ppl might recommend PCC before the glorious act, coffee, alcohol and others, feel free to try and experiment till you find which method works for you. After a while, you could be more familiar with you regular partner and can prolong sexual intercourse as enjoyment to both of you.

Some other bros might have additional suggestions / recommendations etc...

There are other TS (Thread Starters) in this forum who have similar accounts and SBF Bros have feeedback on the various methods in discussion, perhaps you could also do a search in other threads to read up.

My personal translation. Hope it helps

This is for doing the 9 short stroke and 1 deep stroke Fxxking style. Breath in deep and long while in the mean time, poke in 5 short stroke. Thereafter, breath out deep and long and poke in 4 short stroke and 1 long stroke. In short, By the time u breath in and out, u should have completed the 9 short and 1 long stroke.

What he is trying to imply is that it is very vital to control ur breathing. If the breathing is irregular, PE will occur.
