Just a paranoid observation! With the crackdown in full swing, what better place to get the information as to what and where to hit next. It seems that the forum is a great guide for the mongers--no big deal during normal operation--but these days might it not be better to use the PM function and stop giving directions and information to the people who are trying to shut us out????

Heard that some Singaporeans and Malaysians were caught while staying at Virgin Hotel 3 days back. The wives have to fly to CP to bail them out. Now they have returned to Singapore and were are not allow to fly into China for a period of time.

Pure speculation on my part, but I think it's possibly China's version of manifest destiny. I mean, this all started with the CCTV reporting which I'd think must have official backing AND purpose.

Its also probably high time for China to at least try to do something - Dongguan, the rampant sex industry nationwide and worse, all these Prc hookers all over the globe - how can China even hope to be considered a strong nation in the world's eyes.....when their womenfolk is selling their bodies to anyone and everyone around the world.

This may easily become a nationwide effort to stop the rot that the sex industry has become.

I've read estimates that Dongguan's sex industry alone is worth Rmb 50 billion - and I cannot see where any campaigns could even start unless it has official backing and purpose. And this time around, by using CCTV - and knowing full well that this will mean international coverage - they seem intent on tackling this blot on the whole nation's personae once and for all.

Bros, was wechatting some of the gals and the managers over in Dongguan (CP, DL).

Although no more gals in the KTV and the sauna now no more hanky panky, they say can still call the gals to the hotel room. Most of the gals are still staying put and not going back to their hometown. Most are now desparate for "business" so you can get a great deal by arranging through wechat or friend's recommendations.

Just voicing out what I found out these 2 days from the people there. Don't blast me if you think I'm stating the obvious!
