I have stayed in Venetian, Wynns, Banyan tree, all around $300+ to $400+/night.
Cheapest one i stayed is hotel Royal at $100+, small room but clean and walking distance to Senado Square.

of course u pick first then do leh. normally u can stay 6 hrs without topping-up(ask the manager, maybe different for different joints) to enjoy their other facilities. u can have head massage before or after fj, your call lah.

grand emperor got shuttle bus to/from macau airport but starting at 11am, frequency is one hr one trip.

if coming via plane, can also take galaxy shuttle to galaxy macau hotel lobby at cotai, then walk to the other end of galaxy macau for the shuttle bus terminal, change to shuttle bus to starworld hotel or san ma lo at the macau peninsula.
