If you are not in a tirakship as yet, there are alternative places, as Ocean himself mentioned. These places allow u to build up a friendship w/o pressures or even spending money until the heart finally takes over. Much safer, perhaps.

Its takes more than just liking to get a long distance relationship, be it from any country. The main issue is why pick one that has numerous bostacles when one has choices. There are plentiful girls in Thailand looking for love, may not be as well educated or draw that great a pay bit thing I am sure of is that they are not as demanding as local girls.

Maybe to many its like choosing a car. YOU get to "test-drive" the engine, grow to like the performance and then decide whether to buy it home.

But then going into a relationship is definitely more difficult than buying a car.

sometimes things happen b4 we even anticipated it, n at times they happen without those involved see it coming. cant say for certain that cheongsters here go to GL looking for love... neither will the WL/FL jump into that sorta commitment for a cheongster. it takes time+effort for the 2 to grow to trust+love each other.

wat started off as a casual bonk, to being sextisfied hence rtf, to exchange of contacts, to more communications+more rtf, to lunch appointments, to shopping spree, to park-tor-holding hands, hugging n kissing, to more communications+exchange of life stories leading to deeper mutual understanding, to becoming more than just frens... eventually kicking things off. [seems a coincidence, bt eventually quite similiar (except for the bonk b4 getting to know each other part) to how most rships start these days - regarless of environment, male & female lead roles]

i dun think those involved here started out by going to GL looking for tirakship, but i guess eventually it was tirakship that found them. there's a big difference between 'Lust' n 'Love', dunno how exactly ppl define relationships, bt if its relationship based on just 'Lust'...then its very much no more than just regular bonks.

but when the underlying basis is 'Love', i'm sure many would've witnessed fantastic feats performed/demonstrated/sacrifices beyond rational reason or rhyme. its therefore senseless in the eyes of those who have yet to discover their capacity to appreciate the gal for who is is, over wat she is.

Sometimes I just dun understand u guys. If his writing style bugs u and u also felt that there is no substance for u, why not simply ignore this thread and give your precious attention to those that meant more to u? Else u are obviously reading it but feeling "buay song" at the same time. So what is it really? Would the world be a better place if we can accept that not all think/act alike?

There many threads out there, and some are really nothing but TCSS between a couple of guys. Yet there are no problems. Perhaps it is the topic itself or the stand taken by some that is the issue isn't it? Let's give and take. Let him be free to choose the path he wants for himself. End of the day, he alone reap the rewards or bears the consequences.

if u find his writing not to your liking, no need to force yourself to stay in this thread, no need to continue reading/replying to his so-called "nonsense". i agree bro suteerak is abit 长气, and i'm sure he has his reasons for not trying to stamp any conclusions or underlying statements too.

if you noticed, even though he's involved w a WL, he hasnt disclosed who she is, didnt boast/sing his own praises about the countless things he did for her i think its the typical (我爱你不是爱给别人看）theory. meantime, while he's at it, he didnt encourage/discourage ppl to be involved in tirakship. surely u should know by now, everything is subject to individuals. there's no 100% foolproof method in capturing a woman's heart.

i admire his courage for attempting & balls of steel to go all out to try to win the gal's heart. again i say, not many here can come anywhere close to his efforts.

if cant give this chap the respect, then at least give him some face lor.

Hahaha....I know where you coming from, especially after going thru a big pile of paper work, come in here and read essay again but dont rub him in such a way lah, afterall he start the thread and stick to what it is about, dont like dont read lor, me sometime skip as well too cos I find too naggy as well lah.

clarifications much appreciated. cheongster buddy is cheongster buddy. didnt expect to be comprehended at this level. seems to me, someone's been doing his homework lol. finally someone who sees the sentiments & share somewaht the same lights.

lol. no i dun have balls of steel. i just believe that consistancy is the factor that melts the ice. but will the water freeze again... only time can tell.

Yeah I also agree. Don't like or too lengthy to read, just ignore and don't read.

Anyway, up to people's perogative to post also.

Sometimes I see such long essays I try my best not to reply also. Because once reply, another essay come again. Have to take a long time to read too, digest and reply with another long one.
