Just wanna spend my little short experience in Phnom Penh to all bros here.
I stayed near st51, where some actions are also available.

Nova Club, like Disco club, played good Billboard dance music, bring your own gals and is a nice club to chill out for the night. Foreign Exps and many locals gals/guys comes in group to party. Looking for tabao could end up with great disappointment. Price : just a quote for refers, one bottle Heineken about 5 USD.

True Face, other disco club. No FL there but the club does have dancer and some Public relation lady to interact with your drinking session. Good music. These two club is not the ideal place to look for tabao. Thes PR and Dancer are usually from Thai. Prices almost same as Nova.

Just came back from a short trip to Cambodia in mid-May 2014; enjoyed some real real-life experience and travel a fair bit in the country, Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and Phnom Pehn to Sihanoukville. I will post my experience for sharing with fellow members.
Cambodia is a relatively safe but is still rather underdeveloped. The roads from PP to SR are being widened and improved from the rather narrow and slow existing conditions, though parts of the highway from PP/Shv are reasonably good. Public transport system is almost non-existent in PP. Taxis are few although I saw one on my way back to the airport. Many private cars (Toyota Camry) are available for rental and long-distant buses are available to other provinces or for cross-border travel. For short trip, it is best to use the plentiful tuk tuk at about 2 USD per trip or pillion ride on motorcycles if you are keen. Some water crafts are available for river/lake transport. Transport arrangements can be easily made at hotels or tour agencies. You will need to factor in long travel time for transport like 7-8 hours from PP to SR and 4-5 hrs PP to Shv by car.
Food is of reasonable quality but not cheap due to the use of USD in Cambodia. Beer (Angkor) is cheap at 50c per glass, 2 USD for 1 jug or 3USD/ 2 jugs. A small bottle of beer is about 1 USD. Stout is 3 USD for a small bottle. We spent about 5-20USD per head for food and drinks.
Hotels are cheap during the low season, about 30 USD for a large clean air-con room with modern facilities.
We visited the Central Market, Russian Market, Killing Fields, Royal Palace, Toul Sleng Genocide Museum, Angkor Wat, Floating Village on Lake Tonle Sap and also a 1 day trip to Sihanoukville for a seafood lunch during our short trip. You can get cheap imitation branded goods in the Russian Market; they are even cheaper than those available in HCM.
We visited Nagaland, a rather opulent casino with widespread gambling activities and many FLs (local) openly soliciting for business at 100/150USD for ST/LT. We went up to the KTV in Nagaland (not Darlin Darling on the ground floor). Many PRCs and local/Vietnamese are available but at a great cost, was quoted 250 USD for PRC and 150USD for local/Vietnamese for ST by a PRV mamasan with additional 50/100USD for LT.
Ok, so much for today, I will post other aspects of my trip in later days.

Thanks for your support. I will now write on the rest of the trip and will dealt a bit more on the exciting parts of the almost week long trip.

We arrived early in Phnom Penh and after checking into the hotel booked earlier through internet, we roam PP to get a better feel of the town. It was a holiday week as they were celebrating the King's birthday and Vesak Day; and traffic was lighter than usual. The heat was unbearable (high 30 ̊C). A quick recce through town brought us to our embassy, Royal Palace, National Museum and breaking with lunch near the Central Market. The lunch was reasonably good at about 6 USD per head. After some light shopping in the Central Market and wasting 9 USD on a Khmer durian (thai variety) at 3 USD per kg, we headed back to hotel by tuk tuk (2 USD) for rest.
In the evening, we roamed the riverside and had dinner (5-10 USD per head + beer) there. After dinner, we scrutinized St 136 and St 104. We found the girls wild and probably over used by the Ang Mos and also not to our taste. A tuk tuk driver brought us to view some FLs at the northern end of the riverside near a round-about. It was dark but we ended with some local Khmer girl at 50 USD each for LT. Back to hotel, we encountered some security problems but still managed to bring the girls back to room. It was a poor start for the trip as the girls (quality 4-7) were runners after 1 shot.
Early the next day, we departed for Siem Reap by a hired Toyata Camry at 85 USD. The so-called highway is worse off than most of our older roads. It is being widened at the moment and tremendous dust storms were created by the light traffic (holiday) with visibility severely affected in many areas. We reached SR after 7-8 hours of travel and checked into our hotel, booked earlier in PP. Thereafter, the appointed tuk tuk driver brought us to view Angkor Wat at sunset (1-day entrance fees of 20 USD). We had a dinner cum show back in town at 12 USD.
Adventure started after dinner, we went to a KTV and view some 30-50 young and pretty local girls. Quality was good at 6-8, and prices were inflated to 70 USD per girl + 5 USD as tips to mamasan. The girls were young with fantastic and firm body and great GFE. We had a good time, managing about 2 shots. The girls went back around MN just like a normal working day and we had an early appointment to view Angkor Wat at sunrise.
After Angkor Wat, we departed for the floating village tour (1-2 hours) in Tonle Sap at 20 USD. Thereafter, we made our long journey back to PP. Had dinner at riverside and drank 2 jugs of cheap Angkor beer (3 USD). Walk along riverside, past all the bars and food joints and reached a quiet park where the FLs gathered. No mamasan or papasan now, the girls quoted 20 USD (ST) and 30 USD (LT) but we found no quality stuff. Went back to observe a quiet night as we had a trip to Sihanoukville next day.
