You know the malay girl at the counter manning the booking register? She can make changes to the bookings if you slip her some money...... of course have to include the captain whose customer whose slot you are going to potong jalan..... my friend usually give RM$50 to be split between themselves and very worth it as dun have to queue for the angpais.

Not to worry about complaints as this is common practice and ALL the captains are in on the scam.

I think I will stop visiting GBW from now on as I don't condone this type of unethical practices. The bloody management better look into this matter before more customers get to know about it and stay away.

That has happened to me too. I had booked 183 and when my time came the captain asked me to take another girl saying 183 never turn up. But after I finished and was paying at the counter I saw 183 walk out to have her receipt chopped which means she was working. That captain lied to me. Dun think I want to go back there again after this exposure.

It seems like many bros have encountered this problem before including myself. But I had always assumed it was a cockup or admin error by the staff. Now I know better. Anyways I never really liked this place as the attitude of the staff is so moneyfaced. Always looking for tips and show black face when you never give to them. Guess its time to look for another playground.

Go to ZON (former Roman Spa). I quitted GBW after being harassed by the captains there for tips tips tips to get the girls that I wanted !

Btw, many of the angpais there at GBW are also pissed as they have to uloh the captains so that their own regular customers can keep booking them. I understand quite a few of them are planning to jump ship when the new spa at KSL opens.

ZON spa rates is RM238 for FJ plus everything, RM20 more expensive than GBW. The price factor could be one of the crowd puller beside the number of girls they have at GBW.

When the new spa at KSL city mall opens I guess most likely the management will put the same price tag at RM228 as they are nearby to GP and NY spa. The bad news is bros from SG need to travel further down and may opt to visit Lion Spa or Zon Spa instead. But this again depend whether they have any ang pais there.

I remember back in 2006 when I visited the old Roman Spa for the first time, it was crowded and people are queueing up for their fav gals, very similar to the current GBW. When the ang pai quits and moves to other premise their loyal customer will sure follow, and this will impact the spa business greatly.

let's put it this way ba, every single working lady knows that GBW has the most singaporean patronising.

so they be pissed and move on, but as long as new customers are still heading to GBW, it's still gonna be a draw factor.

when i started with HC　in JB, GBW was also my first cheong joint. till date, i have not seen the numbers dwindle, both the number of girls as well as the number of customers.
