Who says many people don't want to be expat in Vietnam? There's many vying for posting to Vietnam. As for good offer, hardly any good offer comes by. They normally pay the same as singapore or just slightly higher. Mr ilovedoggie, must do more homework before shooting ok?

My good friend had been hunting for an expat position in Vietnam but not many available.

So he ended up in JB and Batam only.

Huh? Why not? I worked in Hanoi for 2 yrs plus. Life is simple and rewarding. I know quite a few who is an expat there. They are into food and beverages, hotel, properties, IT and so on.....

i know of the job offer. bcuz i ask my friends most of them dont want to go bcuz they think vn is low class to them but for me i will consider. okok i better shut up. wait ppl always say i shoot ppl. sorry for the commotion caused.

no offense, my definition of `shoot' is `words coming out a bit too fast'. I know you have been to Vietnam a few times, but i guess the knowledge and experience gained still needs brushing up. Even i need to brush up mine. No need to shut up la, continue sharing but maybe in a more humble way? hahhah
