Yes, the main cashier are chinese SYT. 2 or 3 of them, the waitress is malay indo. Food wise, it is still considered cheap, for what you are getting. I been eating at this place for 10 years. And the prices has rosen in line with inflation, but still consider very cheap. Many resturants with air con cannot beat this stall's standard in food. Prices wise, lagi better.

Talking about wooing these gals, I think you can forget about it. unless you thinking of marrying them.

Most police/army camps during my NS (Singapore) are haunted - many saw ghosts. I have not seen any. Most notables are Pulau Senang (open prison where prisoners revolt and kill the wardens), Seletar Airbase (one recruit - my group - hanged himself), Police Academy (Whitley Rd) etc. Have not seen any in Batam also!! Susperstitious people claim that only those low in luck will see them. I must be lucky!! Yes only natural to believe on seeing.

Hmm....but the problm is when certain thing suddenly appear or disappear before them, they say "oh, tat is selap mata, magic, illusion. Rem, teres black V white, Good V Black, Holy V Evil, Angel V Satan. Maybe they should go to a cemetery...alone...without wearing any amulet/talisman/azimat/tankal. N infront of the tombstone, challenge "them" to come out. If its ur jodoh, they will "embrace" u. Hehehehe....

Still not very sure on the places to go or whats the procedures to book the FLs.

Was wondering any experienced samsters going to Batam in late june (25 June onwards) and dont mind an extra khaki. I have not been to batam for many years and never tried the ceweks there also. Hope to hear from you all soon. Cheers

Try A1 foodcourt in nagoya, price resonable and over there you can order many other type of makan beside seafood. Of course seafood still their main signboard.

Winsor foodcourt, I find the price there slightly higher than A1, and food not so nice compare to A1.

i find malay store cheaper and honest, seems chinese store jack up price when they see u not local.
