K20A (civic type-R) is around 11.7 : 1

I think you are talking about the K20A3 which does about 9.8:1 compression ratio.

Or you talking about honda accords K24 engines?

Crank HorsePower is measured at the engine's flywheel (On the crank) but it actually means what comes out at the flywheel before anything else is counted.

In short it is total engine output less transmission and differential losses.
