Decided to give this new spa a try a few days ago. Booked a slot with Y***. Took the $89 hot oil massage for 60 mins. It was the last appointment of the day so I guess thats why recep didnt push for 90 mins.

Was led to a room upstairs and took a shower before changing into the silky boxer provided. In came Y*** and she does not look like the photo at all. She is not very chatty or perhaps no chemistry, or just too tired after a long day.

It started with some dry massage on the neck and back. Then towel was removed from the back and shorts pulled until the whole buttock is exposed. She poured the hot oil and started massaging the buttocks and back with occasional teasing. While she stretch over to reach my butt, can feel her boobs touching.

After that she worked on my legs, teasing but careful not to touch my kkj. After turning over, she continued working on my legs and then asked the GQ. Tipped her $60 after that.

Atmosphere abit old. Very pushy for the $88 package. The ml consistently ask you top up. Super annoying. Below average massage. Standard GQ rates

Hearsay from ML , they got 30% comm for $10,000 sales and below , 35% comm >$10,000 sales quota per month

Therefore average/peak pay near 3K-5K ,exclude tip/etc

My thoughts for the place.
Safe playground away from public eyes.
Price is on the high side.
Ample parking for drivers. Public transport by bus only.
Timing flexible if u know the ML well.
Playability is slightly abv average after certain hours.

I believe the “sales target” does not include the tips they get. The target is set by the boss for their own earnings. The MLs do not get the money. They only earn the commission. Hence, those who wish to earn more have to resort to doing “extras”.

If an ML says she is earning $12k to $13k, these are likely those that provide full service coz I think it will be difficult to earn that much just based on HJ/BJ alone.

… unless there are really carrot heads out there that support her!
