Agreed with you, rather wait for flower joints to fully operate with the singers working.. now alot of small joints no singers yet.

some already have. but stage not started yet. they will also butterfly in joints with room, asking for same 100/300 tip.
the difference is that singers will always be at same place same time unless someone buy her out for 800.

ya thats the point. many say its different game in HFJ and ktv. to me similar la. spend money to get companion, some offer direct for a shot, some play kc hoping someday can get a shot.
i went few times ktv, not too good. 100 for hi and bye...
also brought a singer that i know for long time out. last time neeed to buy her at 800, now is 300. for that fact that already know her and compare with last time, 300 is cheap after stage open i think no more 300 liao. the joint will charge 800 and take a cut.

all in all market rate is market rate. who determined depending buyer market or seller market. the basic demand and supply rule. we come out to chiong, must be happy. not happy dont go dont spend. thats what i think.

some older samsters who used to share info last time may remember. few years ago before covid, FL thread was very active and many bros sharing lobang of good catch. group of bro used to gather at GL coffeeshop to chill and exchange info . there were few nice gals charging between 60-100 per shot, turned out to be on singer pass singing at certain joint. of cos many of us supported those worth RTF.
there is this SYT singer asking for 100 per shot. chanced upon her again in a HFJ. seeing people hanging 500/1000 just to hold her hand in the joint and bring her for supper, i get a shot for 100. of cos i was mentally very happy thinking that guy who hang is Robert. but on the other hand he was so happy and proud cos that gal just sit w him whole night. so i paid 100 for my happiness and he paid 1000 for his happiness. worth or not, to each his own.
the other singer was more desperate, doing 60 per shot. many bros also RTF. during her farewell show, 1 guy hang more then 10k. cant really remember the amount. again, i paid 60 to be happy, he paid more then 10k. maybe he get to do it raw? i dont know. but i am sure he is happy for that moment of hanging. and he give us free happiness seeing and laughing behind.

all in all, buay song just dont go la......

so i went to walk around last weekend.
tried to walk into many ktvs and bistros
All were full house / fully booked till cant even walk in and it was only 9-10pm.
Prices wont be coming down if it continues this way.

$100 tip with nothing to play? just for a few minutes of drinking companionship?

I just went on Saturday. Not much girls. 10-12 girls only. Quality wise lose to Level 9 and Empire. Playability depends on girls. But as usual butterfly freaking long. Cuz not enough girls. My take is not worth to go for now. 85-90% of the time you are alone with your friends. Haha

Recently went to a KTV in Golden Mile during HH. (17:00 - 21:30)
Viet girls not bad, playability similar to pre-covid Supreme, butterfly about 30-45mins, stayed for 2-3 songs worth. Tips still the same as anywhere else

I think HH not much crowd, so the girls to customers ratio is quite ok. FYI, I didnt get any girl, just observe my bros enjoying their girls. From the looks, quite an enjoyable session, just have to tell the papa-san to only bring girls who can play. Considering going again
