Hi, Cong quynh is in District 1, Nguyen Cu trinh ward.

Pham Ngu Lao street is also in District 1 but is in Pham Ngu Lao Ward.

I have been staying at this family owned motel whenever i visit hcmc since 2006. It is also in District 1, Tran Dinh Xu street. It has a double-bed but no bathtub. It cost about S$19 per day.

it is really a family-run motel but its cheap and good la!! i stayed with my friends in a room with two double beds,aircon and bathtub...i think the biggest they have ...and it cost around 40 singapore per night... Its in Pham Ngu Lao district if i am not wrong ...which is the so called backpackers region..

Off peak/weekend rate of 8¢/min is valid from Monday to Friday 2000hrs to 0759 hrs & from Sat 0000hrs to Sun 2359hrs. Weekday peak rate of 16¢ is valid from Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1959hrs.
