About 1 mth ago i spent a night in dannok and 2 nights in hadyai. I got to say that dannok is a more happening area then hadyai.

If personally I don't like staying at the cheap hotels coz of the very small room especially in F4. Other cheap hotels like Satit and Riverside are old and without renovation. Towels are thin and so are the blankets. I think if ur budget permits. Hollywood Hotel is better at I think 65 and very near to Scorpion,Spider, Winners, Fortune and Hello Bangkok clubs. Rooms are better there. Same establishment as Oscar and Paramount Hotel.

Wondering which hotel you guys would recommend? Staying at the ship or Satit Grand View Hotel?

Personally I wud stay in The Ship. Grand Satit very run down already. The Ship very near to Mutiara 2 & 3.

Yeah but I forgotten the price but if u are driving inside there's another better hotel just after Tesco. Price I think similar as The Ship.

Not entirely true, our trip one month back, took gals at 300 to 350rm. Due to rm exchange rate went down.

Feel that dannok still can go. Just not everyone's cup of tea
